Pros

At ASML you get the chance to be part of the high-tech world, driving to smaller and smaller devices. ASML has been very successful in the past years, and doesn't forget that it's thanks to the employees: They offer good work-life balance and profit sharing

Cons

Processes can be very slow, leading to a very long response time until an issue is solved

Pros

ASML has an amazing culture of supporting its employees development. I started as an install engineer and over the year was given the opportunity to develop my skills.

Cons

ASML has very few cons, the only thing I could say is that with such a large management and development sector it can feel a bit chaotic when so many product developments are being worked on.

Pros

+Challenging technical problems keep everyone intellectually engaged +Opportunity to work with incredibly smart people +Above market non-cash benefits, mid market cash compensation +Work life balance is OK, managers are understanding and flexible, some cultural/social pressure for off hour availability +Excellent corporate leadership & market position +Positive/nice people throughout the company make work not feel like work +Culture where decisions are made by the entire team and all people are heard regardless of position +Recognizes high performers and allows for rapid advancement

Cons

-Non-engineering positions feel like they aren't a company priority -Processes can be confusing and hard to master -Rapid growth leaves all leadership positions managing too many people or situations where unprepared people are leading teams -Tight schedules keep people focused on their work instead of helping to train new employees, causing the on-boarding process to stretch out longer than 12 months
