Pros

'Good secondary benefits; many different projects; move to other groups within R&D is easy.

Cons

Bullying happened to several female engineers in my group (openly). The same guy was the culprit. The group and the management did not intervene. Management.made him even team leader! Advice of a male senior colleague after asking advice: "don't wake the dogs".

Good benefits and competitive pay. Friendly culture and decent work-life balance for salaried stationary employees. Clear Roles and

Cons

Contracts say up to 80% travel and they will milk that out of you as an American. They are a dutch run company and run it as such. Constant battles with auditors over expense reports. Pros

Trainings, Profit sharing and that's it.

Cons

New managers in Mechanical Engineering are useless. Anyone who are in buddy systems are promoted quickly with zero abilities. No promotions, no sense of team work, bunch of Idiots (new managers) screwing up entire work culture and spirit of good engineers. Lot of them leaving due to bad management.
