Pros
-I am working in the Engineering team of ASML. I have to say lots of knowledgeable people are there from various disciplines. It's a nice opportunity to learn useful practices outside uni. I believe they have some of the best professionals in Mechanical Engineering in the world. -Flexible with remote working, schedules, vacation days (always depends on the team). -They provide facilitations for commuting like Business Card and Shuttle bus.
Cons
Processes take time. If you need something, for example data, it may take some time until you actually get it as people are busy, you have to schedule a meeting that aligns with agendas etc. It's a big company after all, so that should be expected.
