      You have no life and misleading

      Pros

      Per diem, hotel points, car points, travel if you don’t get burnt out from it.

      Cons

      You initially get hired for a specific site per say AZ, then management never gives you work at AZ and keeps you traveling all the time. I would not recommend this job for fresh grads, you work 12 hour shifts and heavily depend on the overtime to compensate for the low pay. You spend all your time at work, and your rest days you are stuck in a hotel. Not really an engineering type job, more technician job than anything else.

      If you apply for ASML, your current employer will know about it. ASML HRs will inform your current employment - they have a tie up to leak your application. Every step of your application at ASML is leaked to your current employment. And, beware, in the current employment you will be harassed.

      The company makes more money every year

      Cons

      The company makes more money every year yet believes in a 3% increase for internal promotions - world wide.  They think of themselves as a teach giant yet experience 30% attrition on their most cutting edge programs.  I wonder why...  it’s because they could not care less about their employees.  You also can’t sneeze here without the Netherlands based HQ approving.
