From the world class engineering feats that push the laws of physics to perpetuate Moore's Law to their focus on employee satisfaction that result in facility renovations and improved vacation policies, there's an ever-present drive to be better than our current selves. The employee atmosphere encourages speaking up and provides early career growth potential. No need to worry about designing another "cog in the machine," ASML empowers employees to take ownership of high level deliverables which are directly tied to company success.

Cons

Employee diversity can be improved; however, in recent years our demographics have steadily gotten better. Cafeteria food is substandard.
