Good projects, almost no rights for flex!

it is very satisfying to work in project. challenge projects.

Cons

working life for flex employee is like a hell. no salary raise, no holidays, no bonus. you cannot get good projects. If the project finishes, you are first one to fire (no guarantee). 90% of workers are men, no women managers, no respect for women workers. if she complains about any issue, company/managers generally sent her away/fire her.

High Turnover rate Underutilize employees Too large to function efficiently Management doesn't work for the good of the employee Instead of working for the good of the product, everyone cares mainly about themselves which creates a lot of internal politics and people only working for their own self interest. It takes 4 months to go through the new employee orientation where it should take 2-3 weeks.
