Always Hiring in Wilton Because Someone Always Leaving

Health benefits and employee assistant programs, On time paycheck, Holidays and vacation time.

Cons

Many people have been leaving in wilton last 4-5 year. Veterans are obstacles to talented people who just joins. Managers favouritism plays huge role in employee bonus. No training for new employee. Teams operates east to west daily. Employee turn around is very large.

Single most important company in litho business, highly innovative, great business, virtually no competition

Cons

- Life and balance has never been good and getting worse. - No proper oversight for Wilton management, enjoying too much autonomy. It is apparently clear VHV headquarter does not place proper control on Wilton management. Example is they hire & fire managers at will. - Career mobility very limited due to its size. Once you got out of inner circle, there is no way to recover.
