fast direction changes, difficult to cope at the beginning. hierarchy quite well established. a lot of initiatives are smoothed out by chaotic processes.

Huge company where you could grow in all directions, from software tester to product architect to project lead. The company has a good reputation and you are really working on hi-tech machines.

Cons

Since the company has 12000 developers, developing code can be somewhat slow. Everything needs documentation and most software projects don't give you the chance to developing something from the ground up.
