Pros

Cutting-edge technology Work itself is interesting Management is supportive

Cons

Some individuals in the organization display bullying behavior if they perceive others as not being resilient enough. The culture here can be confrontational, particularly during cross-sector meetings. All of these can burn you down.

Pros

people are nice work life balance is great money is decent

Cons

From a digital, lean, agile and data perspective, this company is super old school and back in the 2000. Everyone works with Excel. everything is bottom up and people can just decide not to use a tool or participate. the engineering department is carrying the whole organization on its back. The rest is absolutely old fashion, slow, no KPIs, only working on processes in power points, putting way too much lipstick on the pig ... it might be different in the engineering department but if you are ambitious, want to do cool stuff, you work in digital or business and you want to be in the top of the competition, you shouldn't come here. There is no young talent here and the energy is VERY VERY low and slow.
