Pros

Great technology to work on. You have much freedom to develop and improve product the products you are working on. Great job opportunities a good salery and 40 holidays.

Cons

Due to high growth rate in the recent years, many of your colleagues are new and do not know the processes . Besides this it also becomes very crowded at the departments and plaza but also on the roads near ASML. The Development speed is reduced -which can be frustrating- by politics and bureacratics. In some departments stress level and workload is very (too) high.

Pros

the cafeteria, the products, the amount of innovation, everyone's commitment to the company

Cons

no standard work for anybody, so no way to get trained properly other than talking to as many people as possible and let them tell you what they think your role is/ should be, ASML doesn't know what quality is or at least they don't act like it. so it's a frustrating employer for quality professionals
