Very good as starting job or as arrival. flexible environment. average good pay.

Cons

very limited growth and scope. too much overhead, sometimes frustrating because inconclusive. It seems like working next to a close circle in which decisions are taken for real. not clear how to access to this decisional circle.

Low salary and allowance. Didn't provide technical training for Production Engineer but on call. Always asking Engineer overtime on weekend and night shift. Low wage adjustment per year. Unofficial define good performance rate, wage adjustment, training to specific person. Shortage resource which company didn't develop employees. Junior team leader advocate elbow culture to Engineers.
