      great company, good products to work on...

      Pros

      - lots of holidays - good profit sharing - lots of things to learn in short amount of time

      Cons

      - you have to be lucky in good project to be recognized - not all managers are capable of fighting for you or make changes happen that makes it at times demotivating even if you bring structural issues in visibility - appraisal system sucks

      Pros

      Pay is good, Large enough to have decent benefits package. Flexible working hours for most. Has been fairly stable for last seven years.

      Cons

      Very hard to transition from Temp to RFT. Very difficult to move up to move up or apply for another position within the company or the parent company ASML.

      Pros

      High impact, cutting edge and a lot of opportunities. At ASML you might be working on a small part of a big machine. But that small part is vital to the operation of the whole machine, and by making it a little better you are changing what happens at INTEL, SAMSUNG, TSMC and more of our customers. Little things are big at ASML.

      Cons

      Canteen, Mail, Document management systems, no substantial bonusses for great work. The canteen food is soso, mail gets lost easily and is not delivered to the recepient and documents are though to upload to the documentation system which makes knowledge sharing more difficult.
