Cons

Design for maintenance is bad, departments work poorly with one another, no quality control for CS, bad supply chain, slow acquistion adjustments.

1) Very independent work, no one's constantly looking over your shoulder 2) Really interesting technology and sensors 3) Friendly people throughout the company always willing to help 4) Feel like your work is important on the global scale

Cons

1) Sometimes feels a bit unorganized in upper management 2) Since so independent, sometimes have to find work for yourself 3) Training for new hires is unorganized and ends up being a sink or swim scenario
