Pros

Cross-Functional team work performs very well at ASML. Requests are consistently fulfilled in a timely and polite/professional manner. Cross-functional teams perform well at working together towards a common goal and achieving on-time deliverables. ASML recognizes the work-life balance puzzle and helps employees improve their work-life balance quality with their frequent offerings of fun group activities, and a more generous than most companies, paid time off package. Offers healthy dinners 4 days/week.

Cons

Since this is a software company, towards the end of a release cycle can be a little too busy. Overall, work load is reasonable.

Stable company = job stability. Talented team of people at Brion. Competitive compensation package as compare other software companies alike in the silicon valley. Management team listens to employee feedback and follow up with improvements. Flexible work hours for those who manages their project efficiently.

Pros

Current local management is very good and accommodating given the amount of travel.

Cons

Training program is horrific and does not prepare employees for tasks they're expected to perform.
