      Excellent place for engineering fanatics

      Pros

      You will be working on amazing technologies, with very knowledgeable colleagues, in an overall quiet and friendly atmosphere. I have to mention a rare thing in the industry: IT support is excellent, it allows you to focus on your day to day tasks.

      Cons

      Wilton seems unfortunately not to be 100% part of ASML. Most of the nice events, improvements, initiatives happen at other ASML sites. Wilton is just all about engineering and making modules for the rest of the group and that's it. Also, you chances of promotions are much higher is you end up on a project that is not canceled after a year by top management, and if you have a tendancy of complaining regularly to lower management.

      - lots of holidays - good profit sharing - lots of things to learn in short amount of time

      Cons

      - you have to be lucky in good project to be recognized - not all managers are capable of fighting for you or make changes happen that makes it at times demotivating even if you bring structural issues in visibility - appraisal system sucks

      Pros

      Hightech machine, young people. Smart people. Lot of people always fun to talk with other people. Lot of people from evrywhere.

      Cons

      No carreer change, managers fighting for own department. Some people dont work hard lack in motivation and wirk only when the manager is there. Salary could be better. Your life is ASML.
