      Pros

      The ASML HiIllsboro office is amazing. The new office space is outstanding. We moved into a new building last May and the management team has really changed for the positive over this past year. ASML also does a very good job at hiring the right people. ASML has a new people program where they are encouraging Engineers to grow and learn.

      Cons

      It's a busy place but it's filled with great caring people that want to do a great job and have the best of intentions.

      Pros

      Pay is good, Large enough to have decent benefits package. Flexible working hours for most. Has been fairly stable for last seven years.

      Cons

      Very hard to transition from Temp to RFT. Very difficult to move up to move up or apply for another position within the company or the parent company ASML.

      managements answer to everything is 'work more hours' Wilton, Ct operation care nothing for family life. If you aren't working 60-645 hour week your gone.
