Pros
Respectful and creative workplace with good deal of transparency and organization. Employees are treated as human before everything. Remuneration is above the Dutch average. Career development is encouraged. Management is open to honest discussion at any time, and open criticism is completely legitimate.
Cons
A good part of the design work is related to communication with internal and external stakeholders, documentation, priority setting, synchronization with peers, and iteration according to evolving requirements. Some designers may find such flexibility hard to establish.
