-Management insists all employees must be in office at least 3 days per week even when a job function can be performed completely remotely -Documentation of procedures is very out of date -Due to the above there are frequent lively discussions and a lack of consistency in the way things are done across projects -Wilton Factory processes are often an afterthought when new tools are rolled out despite being the future mode of operations globally -There was a company wide "market adjustment" to salaries in 2022 adding 4% but many positions are still low compared to publicly available salary data for the geographic area, job title, and experience
