There aren't really any cons to the position, except that travelling a lot can keep you away from home. For some, this means a lot of time away from their family.

Lots of traveling, knowing the world, very good experience for any other position in ASML

Cons

Consider that if you have a Master Degree you'll start one salary step lower than in a position that would value your Master. This and others only value the Bachelor. This won't affect much, but it will always mean that you'll be one salary step lower as a starter and changing in ASML is horizontally, so you'll always have a gap to others, even if they try to level it. Don't make this stop you for trying, but apply for MSc positions if you do have a master.
