Really good company culture. As an employee your opinion really counts. There are a lot of projects, if you want to join to another it is always possible and in a regular bases you are asked about it, so even if you are shy you do not have to initiate is. There is a clear carrier path, everybody has a dedicated person to help in carrier. Lot of learning opportunity, supported certifiates.

Base payment is under the market average:( If this wouldn't be true, this would be the best workplace.
