      Pros

      Huge company with many options to improve your skills. I learned more in the first 6 months of working there, than the last 2 years in the previous company.

      Cons

      It is a little complicated to be promoted. Too many administrative process for all the levels.

      Working environment is very nice with proper policies in place and people following them This makes everyone entitled to equal level of mutual respect.

      Cons

      I really have to think hard to find a con but nothing major that has to be mentioned. I think this is especially because of a great leadership.
