Pros

Internal training, learning, competent colleagues, attractive projects

Cons

Leaders looking only to get employee on projects, even when they do not have the skills they try hard to sell as they have. When in a project, the expectations are very high according to the skills the consultants dont have

Pros

- Online learning platform with a lot of content for all employees + training opportunities - Good reputation helps to further career afterwards

Cons

- Very hierarchical behaviour of people. They tend to smile upwards and push downwards - Political process for promotions. You need to rub the right shoulders or have internal promoters. Skills or leadership abilities are not factors for promotion. - Unsustainable practices: sending everyone around the continent by plane on a weekly basis. Unnecessary waste of carbon dioxide. - No accountability for management behaviour.
