      Pros

      My time at Accenture was genuinely career‑defining. The benefits were exceptional — comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtfully designed to support employees at every stage of life. What stood out even more were the people. I had the privilege of working alongside some of the smartest, kindest, and most collaborative colleagues I’ve ever met. There’s a real culture of mentorship, curiosity, and shared success. The projects were equally impressive. I was consistently challenged with meaningful, high‑impact work across industries, and I always felt like I was learning something new. Accenture invests heavily in professional development, and it shows — certifications, trainings, and stretch opportunities were always within reach. Flexibility was another huge plus. Whether it was navigating travel schedules, remote work, or balancing personal commitments, I always felt trusted to manage my time and deliver results in a way that worked best for me.

      Large organizations naturally come with complexity, but strong leadership and clear communication helped navigate it.

      Competitive base pay, Remote work, Discounts (Sports subscription, corporate benefits) Office

      Cons

      Too remote (almost never saw my colleagues) too big, you get lost in an unnecessarily complicated system (no one really cares) Only very few good educational trainings, and those are incredibly hard to get You have to fight for everything, getting any kind of bonus, project, etc.
