Pros

Compared to other Service Based MNCs , If you are in Accenture you are lucky . As a fresher your default Hikes will be guaranteed upto two years. The trainings and alot of mandatory course always keep you upto date withe new trends and technologies .

Cons

I got trained in Java Full stack from Accenture, However the project i got into was not alligned to tech stack . None the less , I got to experience working with big team and got introduce to devOps practices and tools.
