Accenture reviews

Although all my reviews through the years were either satisfactory or above, I felt I wasn't being compensated fairly for the works I was doing. Accenture has a somewhat strange compensation model and it depends quite a bit of when you get hired, where you get hired, and the the type of work you're doing. After 5 years with the company, I was managing a small development team and I found out that several of my direct reports (who were at an Analyst level) were making at or more than I was. Not cool. Also, I had requested several times to assist with proposal and/or other business development efforts and each time I was politely told that at my level (consultant) there was nothing they could offer me.

Just ur good luck , means if you get good project then we will be right dirction else .... Here Leaders will do very poor managment . The Employe concers no one will understand. U hava to slove ur-self any issue here no one will help especially Leads, because they does not know any thing either funcional wise or technical wise.
