Pros

Good opportunity to increase your skill set. Like anywhere else there are good and bad project managers. Not too bad.

Cons

Project managers can be clueless. If you don't have the skills to get on a project you may be placed on the bench and let go.

Pros

Best reasons to work here are long term career advancement. You see a lot of companies, get training in the latest tools, and basically earn a free MBA.

Cons

The salary is poor, you need to be self directed and the traveling is very challenging for a social life.

Pros

Provides challenging opportunities and a fair performance review process. There is a consistent work culture across different geographies. This makes working with different regions easier. There is also a strong focus on making the client look good.

Cons

Never work for internal projects. In most cases there are too many hands that think they know it all and make others life miserable
