Pros

Smart people, collaborative and inclusive work environment, good compensation, challenging work, endless opportunities to learn and develop, lots of autonomy with work assignments. Travel is a plus if you like it (endless supply of reward points).

Cons

Work hours, travel, ambiguity, competitive performance reviews (meritocracy), networking and hard work is key to advancement. Schedule flexibility is required, but there are often down times in between projects that allow time off and support somewhat of a work/life balance.
