Pros

Great for graduates and a place to start your career after University. Excellent package with benefits. Great people to work with. You have the opportunity to move into whatever area you want and can experience different skills

Cons

The work is largely dependant upon which client you are working for. If you end up on a bad project for you then you could be working there for about a year before you get the chance to try something else. The hours can be long, although my experience has been very good with the hours (8.30/ 9 - 6 most days), I know many people that have worked much longer and even on weekends. There is no bonus until you become a manager. I do not agree with the performance review process and believe it is biased towards people eligible for promotion.

Pros

I can learn some profitable skill set from Accenture which makes me more marketable if I choose to leave Accenture. Besides, I can always travel if the out of town project picks me, which means I can earn mileage, hotel points, and per diem. By the way, the training policy is really strict. Let's say if you are SAP analyst, you won't get SAP training until you are staffed in a SAP project. However, let's flip to the other side of the coin, you won't staff a SAP analyst if he/she never receives training from the vendor. Right? I go for some skill set that gives me free training so that I can build up my skill set.

Cons

They always promote folks who are not qualified to be mid or senior management. By the way, they don't give laptop to Solution Workforce resources. Please don't join ATS.
