Pros

DIversity among teams. Offers you the opportunity to meet clients from diverse industires. The professional traning and courses offered to employees. One thing you would find in most projects is people from diverse backgrounds and culture. They also give their travelling consultants an American Express card. I loved the community activites - helping out United Way, the city council and homeless.

Cons

They put you into software testing. Regardless of your academic or professional background - you are most likely to start as a software tester writing use cases and test scripts. Travelling can also be tedious. The consulting group is given preferential tratment over the technology group.

Pros

As a new graduate, you can get a good introduction to the world of business. Pay and benefits are fair.

Cons

Normal downsides of a big consulting firm: extensive travel, longish hours, some colleagues being a little too confident of their own greatness...
