Pros

No work: Had time for trainings and hobbies

Cons

No work: I was always promised relevant work but ended up being a slide slave. Also changing teams is not supported, unlike what they tell you in onboarding and during interviews. Tried to make it work for a while until I realized things are not going to get better and left. Corporate culture is very American. It doesn't matter how you perform, what matters is how you market yourself and sell yourself. Great if you're all big words and no content but not great if you're e.g. introverted expert focused on doing your job well. Onboarding was for 100% remote for no reason so I didn't get to know anyone and was very lost the first time I went to office. No one showed me around etc and people don't greet each other in the offices. Different teams are different for sure, but based on my experience would not recommend to anyone.
