      Great Learning Opportunities but Marred by Broken Promises and Lack of Employee Support

      - Access to extensive knowledge base and resources for skill development. - Multiple learning platforms to complete courses and certifications. - Opportunity to work with talented professionals and gain valuable exposure. - Flexible work environment with remote work options, especially for international clients.

      Cons

      - Overemphasis on being chargeable and bringing revenue, leaving little room for skill alignment, growth or even employee satisfaction. - Broken promises during hiring: no salary raise or bonuses, despite assurances in interviews. - Limited opportunities to switch projects, even when facing skill misalignment or toxic environments. -Lack of consideration for career levels during hiring, leading to delayed/no promotions despite extensive experience. -Leadership engagement is minimal; MD's rarely communicated with teams or address issues. -Globally distributed teams result in isolation and lack of local support or team bonding. -No team-building activities or initiatives to foster collaboration and morale.

      Don’t go to accenture

      no pros identified after a year

      Cons

      No bonus, no promotions, you are just a number within the 700k employees, you are expected to work 50-60 hours per week without complaining, you can only work within Germany, you have to go to the office at least 3-4 days
