      Flexible working hours, freedom of artistic expression, absence of headache with individual clients, royalty-based income

      Cons

      frequently changing rules for content submission, low royalty rates, poor search algorithms on Adobe database, now rejections and uploading limits as well

      Referring to Adobe in Europe only: Unrealistic sales targets, high pressure and micro managment, no trust in Sales People, high workload and long working hours, lot´s of reporting tasks, Management not honest, People are afraid of beeing fired constantly, internal communication not existent.
