Cons

Work culture is poorer just liek startup or service based companies. They have hired people from service based companies like recruiters who makes fun of students when they join Adobe and follow bad hiring practices. If you open an ERC case for any complaint against these things then they never get on to call with you or reply to you, they simply support the managers. I never felt like being heard even once.
