      Nice work environment, though can be focussed in an extremely narrow area

      Pros

      i) Competitive benefits package, ii) good work life balance, iii) nice colleagues, office environment and work atmosphere in general

      Cons

      i) Can get stuck in one narrow area for too long, thus making one person unsuitable in the outside job market; ii) growth opportunities are limited, iii) incompetent senior managers without concrete technical background

      Pros

      Creative environment. Liked working for a company that I truly believe in.

      Cons

      Managers let responsibilities get to their head. She played favorites (in my last position), SEVERAL incompitent people work there and the worker bees' plug along only to get overlooked. Whatever.
