      Pros

      A great place to work. Lots of smart people, a very "California" atmosphere.

      Cons

      A little snobby given the preponderance of people with PhDs. Initially very Macintosh focused, but now won over to the PC.

      Great software development model, smart business decisions and great work environment. Fun projects and team members.

      Cons

      Many different sight locations and teams make it a 24 hour shop, at times there is a need to work extremely early or extremely late to meet (via voice) with other persons or teams.

      Adobe is a great brand and therefore make my job easier- while there a many challenges trying to change "that's the way we do it" they are open for change

      Cons

      it's slow moving ship and can't quickly react to trends and market conditions
