- Business titles are all over the place. - Bureaucracy, favoritism, bias towards long tenured employees during decision making. - lot of ultra competitiveness driven out of insecurities causing frequent toxic flare ups and silos. - Many engineering teams still do not follow agile methodology properly, meaning no grooming, retros leaving less opportunities to share regular feedback or contribute effectively.
