      1. Yummy free food 2. Good work life balance. 3. You get to work on prducts that you can relate to!

      Cons

      1. QEs have a package less than half of developers which creates discriminative environment that makes you feel low. 2. No flexibility of working hours. 3. 8 hours of work a day is a must and it is monitored. Even lunch/ gym time is excluded from it. 4. No WFH 5. At times, management has no clue what the employee os working on! 6. Not sure why people say Adobe has great work culture, there is nothing here to justify it even 1%
