Can't think of anything that is worth mentioning, But there is a lot of interesting stuff happening outside of the India office.

Cons

Lots of old timers who have to be fired. The team lead in India is a bully and is absolutely impossible to work with. Not sure how that person is still employed. This shows how the company operates. Basically nurturing bullies and incompetent people. Adyen India business is not growing, thanks to the great leadership team. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. As mentioned by others, most of the reviews are fake written by HR.

Pros

It is a strong name in payments and deservedly the account managers have a good reputation.

Cons

Management is one big gang of bullies. Career progression limited to leaderships inner circle. Work culture is awful. Product needs a lot of work. The recent acquisitions show how desperate they are as they've broken a sacred tenet to not do M&A. Team leads are the worst people known to man. They meet weekly and discuss everyone. One told me that if you do something they deem wrong, they all know. Scummy hivemind.

* Autonomy in how you want to build something * Leadership inherently trusts you and expects you to be independently capable of delivering features/products end to end * Offers twice a year travel abroad and promotes a culture of social connection across globe

Cons

* You might not be exposed to solving any novel problems and your work would mostly revolve around either internal tools or building integrations that are scalable
