Adyen is a very collaborative environment. Smart people working hard towards a joint vision and having fun along the way. As the product proposition is strong, everyone is super motivated bringing that value to merchants.

Cons

It‘s a dynamic environment in which you need to enjoy creating your own path. While such a degree of autonomy is great for some, it sure isn‘t for everyone. If you like to be told what to do, adyen is probably not for you.
