-regular international travel to amazing office locations (NY/Amsterdam/Singapore) -awesome office energy -full autonomy to take on new projects, you don't need to ask permission to drive impact -SF office works with world class merchants (think every cool company in the Bay Area) -brand recognition in the US is rapidly improving

Cons

-not a ton of structure can be confusing at times when it comes to who owns what -the management style is very hands off, which is empowering in the long term but can be stressful for new employees
