      Respectful of family time Does not require you to work overtime and over weekends Very reasonable targets

      Cons

      Great culture is gradually eroding but it's still good. Pay is below average but there is more to life than money. Travelling to AMS is a chore and a waste of time

      Nice office Great food Travel perks to AMS

      No diversity among CXO's Lack of autonomy and structure which seems like a paradox until you experience it There isn't a formal review system Politics over work product The list goes on, but the worst is how they treat minorities. I saw many suspiciously not meet the ~2 month probation period. It's a trend CXO's would rather ignore. Also, don't mention stablecoins. That's a naughty word.
