Young colleagues and decent WLB, but toxic culture

colleagues are young and direct, relatively good WLB (not as good as a few years ago).

Cons

Low merit increase, can't get target bonus since 2025. Toxic culture, very political and bureaucratic since CEO change a few years ago. No room for growth.
