      Pros

      I feel so privileged to get the opportunity to work for Aira. Everyone I work with is absolutely fantastic and supportive. I have to give a special mention to my boss Marc Clarke who goes out of his way to make sure the team feels heard and respected. I couldn't have gotten a better boss! The work is enjoyable and fulfilling, I look forward to Mondays and the week ahead.

      Cons

      Lots of driving but not really a con for me as I enjoy it, I know it will improve when more people get hired.

      At Aira there are great opportunities, you feel very part of something great, working with talented and amazing people. Does not feel like just another company.
