      Pros

      Aira is an amazing place to be working. With its Swedish heritage, great values are consistent on the agenda. With proper onboarding, Aira can bring people up to speed on why Heat Pumps are needed in the UK and how they are going to be leading this change. Aira gives a lot of possibilities to progress within the company and if you have. a good idea, people will listen. I can definitely see myself working for Aira in the long term.

      Cons

      Aira is still in its start-up phase. This means that there still are a lot of things that are changing. With the right mentality, these changes turn into possibilities. For a person who wants a typical 9-5 job aira is not the typical company to be working for.

      Pros

      Senior Leadership listen to opinions and every employee is striving towards the same goal, to reduce CO2 emissions and save our customers money on energy bills. There are endless amounts of career progression opportunities' here, which is really motivating. I have seen multiple employees already be promoted from within.

      Cons

      The only negative isn't to do do with Aira, it is the government red tape, making it harder for us to install heat pumps as fast as possible.

      You're trusted to work independently, but always feel part of a global team with regular group updates and local meetings. Super dynamic and progressive, with a great mission driven culture.

      Cons

      While the fast paced environment may be challenging for some, it provides an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth. Definitely a place to bring your A-game, and have excellence recognised and rewarded.
