      Shiny but no substance

      Pros

      Great pay for entry level, relatively low stress, easy work in customer after care. Lots of benefits, free coffee and snacks in the office, WFH, flexible working options. Nice to work for a company that is actually trying to change the country for the better.

      Cons

      They use being a "start up" (even though they're well past this) as a reason for things like compliance, SOPs, frameworks not being in place. Lack of actual care for customers - the focus is very much on thr bottom line - and those with legit complaints are belittled, insulted and assumed to have no clue what they're talking about. Huge staff turnover. Lots of redundancies and short notice office closures

      Worst company I have ever worked at

      Pros

      No pros whatsoever. In time, I was there, and I learned that people were sacked within 3 days of starting. If you don't fit into their oddball culture, you will be out. All the staff are negative about the company, and the way the managers talk to their staff is disgusting

      Cons

      If you have an opinion, I wouldn't work here, it's a toxic culture with toxic people, at first it seems like a normal company to work for, but it isn't, they teach unethical sales tactics and treat salespeople like robots. They do not care about your personal well being at all

      Worst experience of working life

      To be honest the cons outweigh the pros that much that the pros are no longer applicable.

      Cons

      Where to start, lack of local leadership, toxic office culture, no support locally or from the wider company to address issues within the region.
