Good for freshers willing to explore the Aerospace domain. Good learning can be gained by working in collaboration with EU engineers Travel to EU (at least once)

Cons

Poor quality of work that the EU doesn't want to do is sent to Bangalore. Service-oriented mindset at Bangalore. Salary is below average as compared to other product-based companies in India Bad top management (HR, Managers,HoD, etc) Too much politics and favoritism, toxic work environment Bad monetary growth Slow-paced work with legacy workflows (which has no value outside Airbus)
