      Pros

      The best aerospace company in the world. High Tech company. Very wide product and competence portfolio. Substantial research and innovation investment. Very diverse. Develops its people. Many many different areas to work.

      Cons

      Huge company size, heavily regulated sectors, and safetyu critical products, requiere processess and organization more complex than other smaller companies. We work very hard to reduce that.

      Great office, lovely colleagues. Always treated fairly. Enjoyed my time there. I would return any time if I moved back to the area.

      Cons

      Having the canteen in my building was not conducive to weight loss!
