      Perfect for people that want to prioritize private life (family, hobbies, side jobs), working for Airbus allows to benefit from a comfortable salary and lots of free time.

      Cons

      Not good for "hungry" and ambitious people. There are not many opportunities to make a career, and it is also not worth it since the salary evolution is almost flat when increasing the level of responsibility.
