      Pros

      Very good Company! We work all together on the most challenging and incredible flying machines - commercial aircrafts transproting every minute thousands of people arround the globe! And we work together this with very good values! We love what we do and we have and follow a pionieering spirit for the future of flying.

      Cons

      not so much to share - a lot of the enthusiasm and passion of the employees is also generated in the natural grounding that the most of us love aircrafts. This is perhaps an easy starting base to have a montivated team :-)

      - Many interesting and challenging projects to work on. -Payment is very good -Very international environment -Work-Life Balance is very good -Working environment is challenging but healthy

      Cons

      -IT is sometimes too fragmented and complex -Program Managers frequently underestimate the complexity of avionics development and integration -Turnover is quite high
