      Pros

      Working on the bleeding edge of aerospace engineering and aeronautic technologies in a stimulating genuinely European multi-cultural environment is an experience second to none in the entire industry. Also, job security, work-life balance and clearly outlined growth potential within most areas of the company are big pluses IMO.

      Cons

      Ironically, as stimulating as the colorful international environment can be, it's also the cause for the inevitable complexities and frequent outright confusion that stems from working with large horizontally integrated autonomous multi-cultural teams across the 2 primary countries, but often across 4 or more countries. Although English is the main company language, the work-cultural differences between natively German, French and British teams for example can be a headache to manage.
